Glass: We can build molds overseas to produce as few as 100,000 containers for you. Mold investment is below $5,000, and lead time can be as little as 4 to 6 months. We have our own staff on the ground in Taiwan and China to source and engineer products for you. They work with the right manufacturing plant for your container. Quality and professionalism equals what you are used to in North America. We have two full-time professionals handling paperwork and financing of our Asian purchases. We do the work for you, and we can provide back-up stocks in Memphis to keep you running at all times.
Plastic: We own five blow molding plants that run all major resins, including PET-G, oriented PET, HDPE, LDPE, Polypropylene and PVC. We have more than 50 machines running every day, producing quality plastic containers for large and small customers in every industry. We have more than 350 stock molds, and we run hundreds of private molds, too. Our processes include extrusion, injection blow molding and injection stretch blow molding. We use single, double and multiple head machines to handle every size of project.
Closures: We have recently signed new supplier agreements that allow us to give you very competitive pricing on metal closures, both twist (lug) and continuous thread. Call us with your needs.
