Inclement Weather Policy
 
In the event of severe weather, Richards Packaging-Memphis may close or shorten our hours of operation.  Shipping may be limited or possibly delayed until weather permits us to resume our normal business day.  During this time, orders may be sent to our Fax Number (901) 360-0050.  You may also leave voicemail messages.
 
Shipping
 
We generally ship within 48 hours after receipt of your order. 
 
Customer Pick Ups
 
You must arrive by 3pm to pick up your order.  We encourage you to call ahead.  Please allow one hour for your order to be picked.
 
Assiting You at Our Dock
 
We do not have access to street-level for our fork trucks.  We will assist in unloading pallets at our dock for loading onto your trailer or into your car or van.  We are not always able to assign workers for this quickly, so loading may take extra time.  You should pick up before 3:00pm.  All decisions on loading your vehicle are yours.  You are responsible for all accidents when you leave our dock.
 
Terms
 
First time orders cash, check, credit card (VISA/MC/AMEX).  Then apply for 30-day terms, listing three material suppliers as references.  Allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
 
Ordering After Hours
 
You may leave a message for your Customer Service Representative to call you the next day, or you may fax your Purchase Order to (901) 360-0050.  We use voice mail only from 5pm to 8am and on weekends and holidays.
 
Prices
 
We try to give you notice of price changes.  Prices are subject to change without notice and depend on prices in effect at the time of shipment.  All prices are FOB our dock unless otherwise stated.
 
Availability
 
The inventory in our online catalog is normally in stock, except for items in our mold list section.  When placing your orders, our Customer Service Representatives can give you an estimated arrival date for items that are out of stock and being shipped in.
 
Return Policy
 
There is a 25% restocking fee on all returned products after items have been restocked and deemed to be in good condition.  Freight cost to return merchandise is at the customers expense.  You must obtain a Return Authorization in writing from us before returning any product.  We do not accept returns that are not authorized, and we do not accept returns after 90 days from purchase date.
 
Shipping Errors
 
If all ordered products do not arrive, you must note this on your Bill of Lading before signing it and file a freight claim with the freight company.  We are not responsible for replacing products lost by the freight company.  We do replace products that we fail to ship, and we pay the freight on that replacement product.  If we ship a product that you decide is not what you ordered, the cost of correcting the wrong shipment will be negotiated and depends on whether the mistake was yours or ours.  It is very important that your Purchase Order include our Product Number.
 
Warranty
 
No warranty is expressed or implied.  You are responsible to test your product and process compatibility with our containers and accessories.
